The Mission.
How do you train for the unthinkable on the battlefield when your own life and the lives of others are on the line? Spartan founder and CEO, Joe De Sena, joined Air Force special operators at Hurlburt Field, Florida, for two days to get a glimpse of what it takes to be a member of this elite group.
Impressive Result.
Iron Heart Studios are proud to have produced this 20 min documentary piece in collaboration with Spartan and Air Force Special Operations. With 3 days of full immersion into the 22 SOW regiment, we were able to film all training protocols including water confidence training, close-quarter combat drills, land and air based logistics and computer-simulated assault training.
Editing began onsite for quick turnaround previews of the project for social media; with the full 20′ piece approved 3 weeks later, after sign off from all contributors. Re-versioning for portrait and square formats was delivered a further week later.
